Maa ke hathon ki roti me abb na sirf shakti hai, jadoo bhi hai Find out more below on how to energize your food.
Following up from my previous post on importance of healthy, nutrient dense foods and superfoods and some of the suggestions I had on what we can easily incorporate in our diets, today I wanted to share my experiences and suggestions on taking your food to the next level, i.e. making it a “high energy food”. This will enhance the impact of the food you are having instead of nullifying its benefits.
There are quite a few articles and supporting evidence on water having memory. It is said to absorb the vibrations of it surrounding environment and storing it. There is said to be science around how energy impacts everything in our lives and so does food and water absorb vibrations. As long back as human civilization, our ancestors have had deep rooted belief in using food to nourish the mind, body and soul.
Think about food served in Gurudwaras’ “Langars” or remember the taste of the Tirupati Laddus or for that matter any Prasad at your nearby temple. We all know how delicious they are and have an unparalleled divine taste! It is because they are made by devotees with utmost happiness, gratitude and thoughts about the almighty. All senses are fully aligned and invoked which puts the highest level of vibrations into the food being made. Similarly why is Gangajal so pure, powerful and divine! There are prayers (aarti) offered all along the banks of the rivers, positive thoughts of all those worshipping the Gods fill the air over the river. This high level of collective consciousness results in this.Gangajal being so pious and which creates miracles for us and we try and put on ourselves to get the vibrations/blessings into our bodies.
It is very relevant today’s times. Panic, fear, anxiety and worry are in the air with all the talks of the “pandemic”. If we making/cooking food in our homes in this state, we are unconsciously adding those negative vibrations in our food. And if we give that food to our family, we would be negating the impact of superfoods we are eating as we are kind of making it a low vibration food.
So what could we do? How could we make the food being cooked in our homes as high energy as a prasad served in a Temple? We should remember God and listen to high uplifting music preferably Bhajans or chanting in devotion, while making food. If we have feelings of happiness and gratitude and be without any fear or anxiety, the food we make would absorb the high energy vibrations from our mental state and our surroundings. Just like how prasad/langar is made in temple/Gurudwaras. Same goes for water. When we drink the chrna-amrit/Gangajal, we try and imbibe every last drop. We drink 1L-2L of water everyday. Imagine if we energized that daily and drank as if it was blessing from God, would that not bring immense positive vibrations into us, our thoughts and our body?
I have been practicing this for quite few months now and the results have been nothing short of a miracles. I had a health challenge which I have overcome. This also required first accepting the current situation as is (and obviously working with my doctor). I would attribute that to my thought process and being conscious of energizing my food and water also in the process lowering my fear and anxiety(which go hand in hand). Drawing parallels to the current situation, we definitely have to accept the current crisis but we also need to be mindful of not creating panic/fear/anxiety/stress in our lives so much so that it creates a havoc with our immunity system and health that it dilutes the impact we are paradoxically trying to achieve by eating healthy/nutrient-dense/superfoods.
No wonder at our home, Ishaan’s favorite foods are the home cooked meals and the most favorite is maa ke hathon ki Roti with Ghee (high energy food full of my and God’s love and blessings)
